Why work with a coach?
My clients share a commitment to creating meaningful change in the world, and getting out of their own way so they can be unstoppable for the world.
It’s hard to make changes in areas we can’t see with clarity. Coaching creates awareness about what is holding us back, and shows us what is necessary to open up to the experience of life that we are wanting.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership, a relationship between coach and client designed to improve performance and enhance the quality of life.
It shines the light on those areas that are causing us stress in a way that, with time and committed practice, can create deep and sustainable change.
What’s it like to work with me?
As a coach, I listen. I ask questions about what matters, and get into your world with compassion and curiosity.
And through it all, I see possibility, and help you take actionable steps to move you towards your goals.
When there’s space for it, I love to throw a little play into the mix - and in general, my approach is a blend of behavioral neuroscience, somatic practice, nature, and IFS, on top of the integral coaching methodology in which I was originally trained.

How does it work?
In our first official session together, we explore what you’re wanting, how that drives you, and what has been so challenging in your attempts to achieve this goal.
Through conversation and gentle exploration, we consider what’s working, what isn’t, and ultimately settle on a topic that will become the foundation of our work together.
